This lovely tutu dress is made from organic cotton and features 4 layers of the softest tulle and beautiful ruffle sleeves. The tulle is made from sustainable Oekotex-100 certified ECONYL® regenerated nylon. There is also a full layer of cotton jersey underneath the tulle to avoid any body contact with the tulle for our super sensitive babes.
