Where does My Baby Gifts deliver to?

The My Baby Gift range can be delivered Australia wide. This includes all major capital cities, rural destinations and major towns across Australia. There are options for Express overnight deliveries or Standard. Both options are track-able online. After completing your order online, you will receive a tracking number by email with a website you can visit to track your item from.

My Baby Gifts also offers same day delivery throughout metropolitan Melbourne and to most hospitals in Melbourne.

What is the estimated delivery time for my baby gift?

My Baby Gifts has physical stock of all their products on the website. A standard baby gift going to Adelaide, Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney are delivered within 1-3 business days. Order being delivered outside these major cities usually take 3-5 days, sometimes longer depending on the delivery schedules, available flights and peak delivery times. If you are in need or sending a gift urgently please use our Express overnight delivery service. This is wise if you are sending a gift to a hospital. Please be aware that we do not personally deliver your parcel, so delays are beyond our ability to resolve. Kindly view our delivery page for current shipping information.

What Size is your Baby Clothing?

We primarily sell gift sets in size '000', but we also stock some gift sets in size '00', '0' & size 1. If there are other sizes, the option to select one will appear on the products page, otherwise it will be size '000'. If you have seen other baby clothing in-store in size '00' and would like to swap it over, we can arrange this, please call or email us.

Is there a Gift Wrapping Service?

All our baby gifts are elegantly presented in decorative gift boxes, with the exception of the Caterpillars. The Alphabet Caterpillars provide an optional gift box. Gift wrapping is standard for all baby gifts and there are no additional costs or any need to select an option. We provide a gift giving service. Are Labels & Price tags removed?

All labels and or price tags are removed from the gifts. We never add any receipts or invoices with our gifts. We provide a gift giving service for our customers and it would be highly inappropriate to leave price tags or receipts within the gifts!

Do you deliver overseas?

Our baby gifts are mainly delivered to Australia, however we do have a select range of baby hampers that we ship to neighbouring countries. Please visit our international baby gifts here.

Do you stock baby clothes with genuine labels?

The collection of baby clothes used in our gift sets are similar to those found in all major shops and department stores. We source our stock from suppliers around Australia and ensure that quality is always our most important priority.

What types of payment do you accept?

We use the SecurePay gateway to process credit cards which is safe and secure. Securepay support the major payment providers, those being Visa and Mastercard and Amex. We also accept payments via Paypal, an online merchant facility that allows you to use your own money rather than a financial institutions. Please note that you do not need to create a Paypal Account to make a payment through Paypal. Paypal also accepts payments by credit card.

What currency are your products in?

Our baby gifts are priced in Australian Dollars AUD. There is a currency converter in the top navigation bar that accepts other world currencies.

GST and other taxes

All our products include GST. Your tax invoice will display the GST component of your order. If you require a tax invoice please login to your account to print.

Do overseas customers have to pay GST?

Because your product is being delivered in Australia it must comply with Australian taxation laws. If the product was being shipped overseas to a country not bearing GST, then GST would not be charged.
