Returns, Damaged Items & Refund Policy

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to arrange a replacement or resolution.

If the item is visibly damaged upon arrival, please do not sign for the delivery. Signing indicates that you have accepted the parcel in good condition. If the damage is confirmed after acceptance, the item must be returned to My Baby Gifts by the customer. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return delivery, and we will deduct the return shipping fee from the cost of the replacement item.

Please note, if you are returning an item due to personal preference (e.g. change of mind), all courier or return shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer.

Any returns must be arranged and shipped by the customer.

Exchanges

Items eligible for exchange must be returned within 7 days of purchase, in mint condition, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please include your order number with the returned item.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued for orders not yet dispatched. However, please note that banks do not return the transaction processing fees we incur. As such, your refund will be issued minus any applicable transaction fees.
