Faulty ItemsIf an item is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery date.
Damaged ItemsIf the item arrives damaged please do not sign for it, by doing so means that you accept the package has been received in good order. In the event that an item is damaged the customer will need to deliver for the item back to My baby Gifts and we will deduct the delivery fee from the new item we dispatch. If your decision to return an item is for personal preference the customer will need to cover the courier fees.
Similarly with any store, if you purchase a product from Myeers and it is damaged or faulty, Myeers will not send a courier to collect it from your home, the customer will need to return it to Myeer using their own courier or service.
