Terms & Conditions of Sale
The following Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all products and services provided by My baby Gifts . Please make sure you choose carefully as all products are sold on a no refund basis, unless proven to have been damaged. My baby Gifts return policy on goods that are damaged and accepted by My baby Gifts is to exchange for goods of equal value or to provide a credit towards the purchase of other goods at My baby Gifts Discretion.
The title of goods shall not pass to the buyer
until full payment has been received and cheques are cleared by My baby Gifts .
All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by My baby Gifts. Terms
and conditions of payment for the Goods and/or Services are strictly CBD (Cash
Before Delivery) unless otherwise agreed and specified on invoice. Payment by
other than Cash or Cheque (by prior arrangement only) may attract additional
administration charges. Lodging your Credit Card details with My baby Gifts can
be used as the method for payment before delivery. My baby Gifts cannot deliver
to third party addresses unless otherwise agreed.
My baby Gifts will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit as we use third party couriers. Customers are responsible for any costs incurred by unclaimed goods or refused shipments. If a customer refuses sign and accept for the gift then we have no option but to return them to our office. My baby Gifts will contact the customer if any event such as this arises. Customers must ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to accept the goods. If no-one is home to accept the good they will be left safely at the front door or in a safe place, unless otherwise requested by the customer. My baby Gifts will use its best efforts to ensure that delivery is timely but cannot be held liable for any delayed or lost goods as we use third party couriers. All deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm and the sender must ensure someone is at the address to receive the gift or goods between these times. Unless previously requested gifts or goods will be left at the recipients door, assuming it is safe to do so.
My baby Gifts reserves the right to substitute any item that is out of season or out of stock with a similar item that is equal to or more in value.
We do not collect any other information except for what is entered by you the customer during the ordering process. We keep all contact details except for your credit card details which deleted once your order is processed. We keep your delivery and contact details entirely for our own records as a channel of contact. We do not give your personal information to any other organisations or conduct any unsolicited email outs. Credit card details are encrypted via 256 bit SSL. We do not store customers credit card details. Customers enter their credit card number directly onto the banking systems back-end making it more secure.
