Is there any fee to add a gift box?
Gift boxes are included automatically on ready-made hampers — no need to select one at checkout, and you can personalise it with a special note. If you're curating your own gift, there's an option to add a gift box at checkout.
Do I have to add a gift box to my cart?
Yes — curating a gift means you'll need to add a gift box to your cart. Our ready-made gift hampers already include a gift box.
Can I add a card message?
Yes! All our gifts come with complimentary gift cards, and our shopping cart will request your message as you check out.
What colour are the gift boxes?
Our gift boxes come in Salmon and Teal, each finished with a lovely matching bow. Take a look at the boxes on our gift wrapping page.
Does it cost extra to curate a gift?
Curated gifts are a great way to create something unique and personal. For a flat fee of $6.95 we'll include one of our gorgeous gift boxes — style up or down depending on what you like, shopping from a variety of local Australian brands.
Will my gift have any price tags or receipts?
Absolutely not! We provide a gift-giving service. Your gift will be elegantly presented in a gorgeous gift box and finished with a matching ribbon and bow.
Are your hampers for newborns, and what sizes are they?
Our hampers are made using clothing in sizes 000, 00 and 0. Some brands stock larger sizes of baby clothing, and you'll be able to select a size where the option appears on the product page.
Where do you deliver your curated hampers?
Our general rule: if the post office can deliver there, so can we! Same-day Melbourne deliveries are limited to around 200 cities. See our delivery page for more on the locations we cover.
